Main Responsibilities

• To provide a high-quality telephone call handling service to the public in accordance with guidance and training provided, and meeting performance targets as set by the organisation.
• Provide resolution to calls, providing information and/or signposting to the relevant department or agency.
• Work co-operatively with team members and colleagues, contributing positively and constructively to the achievement of team and organisational objectives.
• Use force technology in line with the Triage function to be able to transfer calls appropriately.

Special Conditions

• Required to wear a uniform.
• Exposure to disturbing/unpleasant images or tasks.
