We are looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator to become part of our Health Services division.


Responsibilities:

+ Coordinates all services related to Article 16 clinic, including intake, enrollment, and on-going services.

+ Coordinates and monitors service needs for each individual on caseload.

+ Serves as a primary liaison throughout the treatment between referral source, service providers, clinicians, families, program and case management services.
