Treasury Analyst, Senior (Debt Capital Markets)

**JOB SUMMARY**

Supports treasury capital markets function, including preparation of debt financing materials, oversight of compliance activities, and performing financial analyses, including contributions to the accounting close process. Acts as a subject matter resource within Treasury and partners cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Supports the debt management process, including the development and evaluation of short- and long-term financing strategies, as well as the execution of financings through preparation of offering materials, investor presentations, and coordination of investor, bank, and legal due diligence.
+ Maintains accurate records of all debt-related activities and transactions.
