A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the U.S. ranging from $5M–$20M+. The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse commercial projects including retail, restaurants, healthcare, office, industrial, education, mixed-use, and municipal work.

Responsibilities:

  Oversee all field operations from start to finish

• 
  

  Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control

• 
  

  Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams

• 
  

  Ensure projects are delivered on time and within company standards
