Job Description
The Project Superintendent oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects along the East Coast, ranging from interior renovations to ground-up builds with typical project values between $1 million and $10 million. This role leads day-to-day site operations, coordinates subcontractors and project teams, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage all on-site activities for commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
