Traveling Electrical TIG Welder

**Location:** Base location, St. Cloud, MN

**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Non-Exempt (hourly)

+ Hours worked is based on project needs (Spring and Fall are busiest)

**Travel: 60** %

**Compensation:** $35.10/hr upon successful completion of the initial training period.

This position is responsible for working on critical power systems across the U.S. in a role that combines TIG welding with hands-on technical work—ideal for welders who take pride in their work, follow procedures, and are committed to continuous learning and improving every day.

This role requires long hours, changing schedules, and high expectations, often in tight industrial environments. You’ll need to follow procedures closely, communicate with your Foreman and crew members, and stay focused on safety and quality. Success in this role requires taking direction well, asking questions, and being open to feedback from experienced crew members.
