Job Requirements
• BLS certification required
• Massachusetts nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days of start date
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
• MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and update...
