Job Description

We are looking for a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI Tech) for an immediate travel opening in Berlin, VT. The right MRI Tech must have 1 year of experience. Read below for additional requirements.

As an MRI Tech, you will be responsible for the use of magnetic resonance imaging equipment and ensuring that images are accurate and passed on to physicians for medical interpretation. MRI Techs are also responsible for the preparation of and caring for patients undergoing MRI imaging.
Tasks
As an MRI Tech, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients providing reassurance and support as required

Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedure performance 

Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions 

Position patients for MRI scans using immobilization and protective equipment to ...
