• Shift: 11:00 - 23:30
• Work Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday evenings

Job Requirements
• Must have ARRT certification
• Must have BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military)
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
• TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Criminal Background Check within 45 days ...
