Certification Details
• BLS
• ARRT
• State Licensure

Job Details
• Neuro, Cardiac, or vascular surgery needed.
• IR experience: diagnostic and interventional procedures including and not limited to angiography, embolization, venous access, venography, myelography, abdominal interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsy, TIPS, dialysis access/fistula work, Y90/SIRT experience.

Job Requirements
• ARRT certification required.
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position, within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• Must have documentation of BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military).

Schedule Information
• Shift: 07:30 - 06:00
