- Certification Details
- BLS (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military; AHA preferred).
- Massachusetts RN License with Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start date.
- Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
- MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days.
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break.
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience.
- 2 references within 4 years, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year.
