Job Description

 
  Position Summary 
 The main goal of a Travel Consultant is to sell an entire package to guests, including accommodations, activities and transportation, through on-line chat, email and phone. A Travel Consultant cultivates a strong relationship with their customer database and builds on our high level of service to generate and maintain sales levels.

 Shifts are 4 x 10 hour days.  Key Responsibilities Act as a Tourism Whistler and Whistler.com ambassador, living our purpose and vision with passion & energy, achievement and respect
 Answer inbound calls, provide quotes to online vacation requests, and answer customer questions, emails & voice mails
 Execute various outbound calls including concierge, up sell calls, informational and customer focused
 
 Effectively communicate with Online Chat inquiries, quotes and actively pursue sales leads generated via the online chat with guests
