Position: Senior Associate

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience Required: 1–5 years

Shift: Rotational Shift

Notice Period: Immediate joiners only/1-2weeks NP

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience processing end-to-end airline tickets ,refunds, issuance, & reissuance, cancellations, name changes.
• Good understanding and hands on experience of GDS Tools i.e. Sabre & Amadeus.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
