What You’ll Do

• Chat with guests via phone, email, and chat, helping them plan the perfect Contiki adventure.
• Turn curious leads into confirmed bookings with your consultative, friendly approach.
• Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce - track follow-ups, log activity, and hit your targets.
• Recommend the right tours, experiences, and extras for each guest or travel advisor.
