Summary About the position: This position is Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Information, Tickets and Travel (ITT) on JBER, Alaska. This position is Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility. Responsibilities Works directly for the Director, Information, Tickets and Travel office in providing information and tickets to the Elmendorf community. Routine work is performed independently. The supervisor checks the work to ensure compliance with procedures and directives. Responsible for the resale of tickets and providing information on leisure travel, local tours and events. Provides travel information and arranges accommodations for tourists: Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to trips, excursions, sports events, and plays.
