Job Details
• Performs 2-dimensional, color Doppler and Doppler of the heart echocardiograms.
• Performs stress and dobutamine echocardiograms requiring high knowledge to interpret and analyze test performance and results.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in non-imaging continuous Doppler for diagnosing and imaging abnormal pathologies.
• Mastered all phases of echocardiography to diagnose wall motion abnormalities, left ventricular regional wall abnormalities, pericardial and pleural effusion, connections of stenotic and regurgitant lesions, and congenital abnormalities.
• Ability to review and interpret test results and notify referring physician or house officer of preliminary report.
• Reviews patient's chart to obtain pertinent clinical history for accurate test performance and cardiac examination.
