Trauma, Physician - Trauma Surgeon

The University of Kansas Health System (TUKHS) and the Department of Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center are seeking a board-eligible/board-certified academic surgeon. This is a full-time faculty position and requires fellowship training and an interest in General and Acute Care Surgery. The Division offers a dynamic, high-volume clinical environment supported by the regions longest-standing American College of Surgeons Verified Level I Trauma Center and the only ACS Verified Center for Emergency General Surgery, with approximately 2,800 trauma admissions and nearly 2,600 emergency general surgery patient encounters annually.
