**About the Job**
The Transportation Manager is responsible for leading daily transportation operations with a strong focus on frontline engagement, driver performance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of approximately 20–25 drivers and helpers, while fostering positive, productive relationships across the frontline workforce. The manager spends the majority of time in the field, actively supporting employees and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
This position manages either the Roll-Off or Commercial line of business within a high-volume operation that supports one of the largest hauling sites in the Capital Market Area, executing approximately 72 routes daily across Commercial, Roll-Off, and Residential services.
