Transportation & Installation Coordinator

Position Summary

The Transportation & Installation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all deliveries to project sites, including precast panels, braces, and the installation equipment trailer.

This role manages driver recruitment and coordination, optimizes transportation logistics including route planning and height restrictions, and ensures panels and materials are sequenced and delivered in alignment with project schedules.

The role requires strong organizational skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced construction environment.
