Overview
Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects, managing technical work, client coordination, and project performance
Responsibilities

+ Manage traffic projects from start to finish; support multi-disciplinary efforts

+ Lead traffic analysis, safety studies, and traffic impact assessments

+ Perform modeling (Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA) and develop forecasts

+ Identify deficiencies and recommend mitigation strategies

+ Develop MOT plans, signing, pavement marking, and signal designs (MUTCD)

+ Present findings to clients, agencies, and public stakeholders

+ Oversee junior staff and support proposals/business development

Qualifications

+ BS in Engineering

+ PE license required; PTOE required, RSP a plus

+ 5+ years in traffic operations/safety (studies, signal design/timing, feasibility work)
