**JOB PURPOSE:**

As a Transportation Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant at PruittHealth Coastal Central, you will play an essential role in ensuring our patients and residents receive safe, timely, and supportive transportation to appointments, therapies, and activities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Safely transport patients and residents to medical appointments, treatments, and approved outings

• Assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles using proper lifting, transfer, and mobility techniques

• Deliver hands-on CNA support including ADLs, personal care, and ambulation as needed

• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and caring environment during all transport interactions

• Complete transportation logs, mileage documentation, and schedules accurately and on time
