Job Description

Mission

As a Transportation Administrator, you will play a key operational and administrative role in the organization of international shipments for our Proton Therapy centers worldwide.

You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Projects, Procurement, Production, and Installation teams, as well as with external logistics providers and subcontractors across the globe.

From the early project feasibility phase to equipment delivery and installation, you will help ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze transportation requests and gather all necessary information to ensure efficient and compliant execution

Manage the full Request for Quotation (RFQ) process with carriers and subcontractors, including offer comparison and selection based on cost, lead time, and service quality
