Transport Team Leader

We are looking for a talented Transport Team Leader to join our team specialising in Logistics for our Transportation Department in Daventry, United Kingdom.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, weekly rotating shift: 7:00am–3:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Manage a team of 16 people while strengthening cross-functional collaboration by coordinating activities between shifts, support teams, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
+ Coach and develop team members through mentorship, clear communication, and ongoing skills development to build a capable, engaged, and high-performing team.
+ Oversee export and inbound shipping processes, including booking equipment, documentation, and customs clearance.
+ Ensure adherence to SOX, trade compliance, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
