• Provide front-desk operational support for drivers, handling queries and daily requirements
• Prepare dispatch materials including route packs, PDAs, fuel cards, keys, and dispatch boxes
• Manage driver briefings and debriefings, ensuring all operational data is accurately captured
• Allocate, track, and maintain operational equipment and resources
