Position

We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Wellingborough site . You will be responsible for a team of drivers, providing coaching and support to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded. You will also ensure strict adherence to company processes, Health & Safety standards, and all ‘O’ Licence legislation and requirements.

Working Hours

This is a full‑time, permanent position. Shift patterns available are Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, or Night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00. Flexibility is required, as this is logistics after all.
