The Role

This Transport Team Leader opportunity is with a well-established 3PL operation based in Barnsley, supporting a fast-paced transport function delivering high service levels to a diverse customer base.

The business is looking for a hands-on Transport Team Leader who can support the day-to-day transport operation, lead from the front and ensure drivers, planners and the wider operation work together efficiently. You'll play a key role in maintaining service performance, operational compliance and customer satisfaction across a busy 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Working closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, you'll help drive operational performance while creating a positive and accountable team culture.
