Key Responsibilities Transport Cost & Financial Management Maintain accurate transport master data including rates, routes, and carriers Manage SAP transport rate approval workflows and ensure system integrity Monitor transport cost per ton and per route Validate transporter rates using fuel, CPI/PPI, and contractual mechanisms Drive cost optimisation initiatives and support transport budgeting and forecasting Track and reduce standing time and accessorial costs Customer Service & Delivery Performance Ensure achievement of OTIF delivery targets Coordinate daily delivery execution with transporters Resolve delivery issues, delays, and service failures Act as a key liaison between customer service, planning teams, and transporters Continuously improve the customer delivery experience Transporter Management & Compliance Manage transporter onboarding, due diligence, and annual requalification Ensure compliance with transport contracts, SLAs, policies, and procedures Develop and maintain tr...
