Transport Resource Manager

As Transport Resource Manager (6-month FTC) , you will work closely with our three Transport Hub teams, ensuring sufficient driver resource to support circa 600 routes per day.

You will also collaborate with Hub Transport Managers and Driver Trainer Managers, taking ownership of forecasting, planning, and agency performance management across all hubs.

A strong focus on summer and peak planning will be essential, as you analyse trends, track performance, and proactively identify potential resource gaps across the network.

This is a high-impact role where you will act as the key relationship manager between EVRi and our agency partners, coordinating driver resourcing while providing accurate forecasts and regular performance reviews.
