Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Transport First Line Shift Manager to join our team at B&Q’s Preston Brook Customer Distribution Centre (CDC). This is a critical leadership role where you will take full accountability for the safe, compliant and efficient running of the transport operation during your shift – while also leading key people processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
