Transport Dispatcher - London HeathrowThe Transport Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating transport operations to ensure flights are serviced safely, efficiently, and on time. Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, the role manages both airside and unit-based transport teams, optimises fleet and labour resources, and supports the achievement of operational targets through effective planning, communication, and continuous improvement.

Salary: 20.31 per hour | Overtime x 1.5 | Bank Holidays x 2

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure flights are dispatched and catered on schedule.
Optimise manpower, vehicle allocation, and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
Respond proactively to flight schedule changes, customer requests, and operational disruptions.
Provide operational updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
