Purpose of the job

As a transport coordinator (planner), you will work from the European Distribution Center in Born, supporting a transport team of eight colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring transport: issuing transport orders, monitoring planned transports, and immediately adjusting in case of deviations.
• Solving planning‑related problems: proactively resolving bottlenecks in the planning to ensure efficient execution of transports.
• Contact with customers and transporters: maintaining regular contact with customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure the progress of shipments and manage expectations.
