Transport Coordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transportation Coordinator based in Puchong HQ. The Transport Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of transport operations, including journey planning, driver and vehicle assignment, dispatch coordination, and routine issue handling.

Job Descriptions
-Coordinate daily delivery and collection jobs based on job orders and priorities approved by the Transport Manager.
-Assign drivers and vehicles for routine operations within approved planning parameters.
-Prepare trip plans, route sequencing, timing instructions, and loading coordination.
-Coordinate vehicle dispatch in accordance with approved trip plans and instructions.
-Receive trip status updates and monitoring reports from the Traffic Controller.
-Track routine trip progress and expected completion timelines.
-Maintain custody and control of vehicle keys in accordance with company key control procedures.
