Linfox partners with Australia’s leading mining companies to deliver specialised logistics solutions nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our Hazelmere operations to manage over-size and out-of-scope linehaul movements across our network. This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday). Key areas:
Coordinate and record all over-size transport movements in the Transport Management System

Source quotes from subcontractors for out-of-scope and over-size jobs

Secure customer approvals before works begins

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Assist with general transport admin tasks as needed
