Transport Coordinator

We’re seeking an energetic Transport Coordinator to support daily operational planning and allocation in a Sydney-based transport operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their transport career who wants exposure, responsibility and the chance to grow.

What you’ll be doing:
• Allocating freight and managing daily transport schedules
• Coordinating with drivers, contractors and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate system updates and delivery information
• Assisting with admin, service inquiries and operational planning
• Working onsite Monday to Friday

What you’ll bring:
• A strong interest in transport/operations and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with accuracy
• Experience in transport, logistics or scheduling is helpful but not essential
