Job Description

Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Port Botany, NSW. In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate communication between the Rail and Transfers departments across our Sydney Container Parks, with a strong focus on rail export operations. Additionally, you will ensure the timely planning, movement, and delivery of export containers ahead of terminal cut-off periods, supporting operational efficiency and service excellence.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday starting between 8:00am/9:00am.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate export deliveries, rail schedules, and vessel receivals to ensure smooth operational execution
Maintain accurate systems and reporting (Modal, 1-Stop) to support inventory control, billing, and KPI performance
