The Transitional Year Program Director is responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and general administration of the Transitional Year Residency Program. This role ensures compliance with ACGME requirements while fostering a high-quality educational environment that supports residents pursuing diverse specialty pathways.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ MD/DO
+ Must be board certified or board eligible in an applicable ABMS member board such as Internal Medicine
+ 3 plus years of educational / administrative experience
