Transition Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and high performing Primary Teacher to join Lift Clacton as a Transition Teacher. Many arrive with a wide range of academic, social and emotional needs, and this role has been created to provide targeted support at a crucial stage in their educational journey. Working closely with the Principal, SENDCo and wider pastoral team you will play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, develop resilience and establish the foundations for long term success.
