Transition Manager

The Transitions Manager to oversee the
successful migration of platforms
from legacy systems, managing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
BPO operations, project management, platform migration/integration
, and experience collaborating with both
onshore clients and offshore teams
in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to define project vision, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Lead
  end-to-end platform transitions
