**This role will be based at ournew Siemens Energy Transformers Manufacturing Center Factory in Charlotte,North Carolina, USA. The facility is planned to be built by late 2026 forproduction commencement. Consequently, the first part of the journey in thisrole in our company will involve overseeing the construction of the factory andthe implementation of new processes, as well as managing the development of ahigh-performance team and coordinating all aspects of the factory set-up toprepare for production**
