Lead strategic transformations at the University as the Senior Director of Organizational Transformation. Drive changes that enhance the effectiveness and culture within Student Affairs.
Reporting to the Vice-Provost, this role is central to executing substantial organizational change initiatives. You will collaborate with senior executives to oversee the performance and efficiency of services. The Senior Director will recommend modifications for out-of-scope work while aligning Key Performance Indicators with the division’s goals to optimize student experiences.
