Responsibilities

Lead project/program performance assessments, program gateway reviews, and risk‑based reviews. Design program management and/or assurance strategies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital transformation project/program implementation lifecycle and associated risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Certified Project Manager (PMI‑PMP, PMI‑PMBOK, APMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Jira.
  • Security clearance mandatory for all staff engaging on these assignments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective negotiation, problem solving, and influence.
  • Experience in delivering and/or assessing large digital transformation programs.
