**Job Description**

The Rail Car Loader plays a key role in bulk truck and railcar loading operations, ensuring that all orders are loaded accurately, safely, and on time. This position operates a variety of equipment, works outdoors in all weather conditions, and follows strict safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures while supporting smooth and efficient logistics.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate all equipment required to load bulk trucks and railcars in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Work safely on top of bulk trucks and railcars using appropriate fall protection at all times.
+ Follow daily schedules to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure times.
+ Perform sanitation tasks in the bulk house to maintain a clean and compliant work area.
+ Carry out basic preventative maintenance on equipment as directed.
