Your day to day

• Process investor dealing instructions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with established procedures

• Produce daily, monthly and ad hoc reports to support operational and client requirements

• Handle and resolve queries from asset managers and investors with a clear, professional approach

• Process fund events efficiently while maintaining the integrity of investor records

• Maintain a comprehensive archive of investor and client documentation to guarantee a full audit trail

• Contribute actively to client-specific projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Your profile

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Transfer Agency or similar financial services environment
