The role of the Commercial Dealmaker isfocused on the identification and attraction of new clients and is accountablefor the entire leasing and development cycle up to the closure of the deal. This is achieved through marketing and leasing activities within a network ofprospective Commercial, Logistics and Warehousing businesses.

The Dealmaker will be responsible for lease negotiations andthe signing of new client leases in collaboration with the Legal, Development, Asset Management and Marketing teams, where relevant.
