We're looking for a TC - Client Operations to run daily file management, transaction timelines, vendor and client communication, and team systems. This is not a generalist VA or admin role. We need someone with real estate judgment who can make decisions, not just follow checklists. You'll need great energy, genuinely enjoy working with people, and bring excellent communication skills to every file and every relationship.

The salary is a BASE - there are bonuses for each file, which puts you well above the base.
