POSITION SUMMARY:

The Transportation Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, maintaining and optimizing the Transportation Management systems. Focusing on improving efficiency, reducing cost and enhancing visibility across the transportation network.

·Help Desk Support: Respond to and resolve transportation-related help desk tickets submitted through the help desk ticket system

·User Management: Set up and maintain users across all operational software platforms and customer portals
