Training Validator

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Site Training Validator to ensure the quality and effectiveness of operational training across the site.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining high training standards, supporting audit readiness and ensuring that training delivered aligns with Health & Safety, Critical Control Points (CCPs) and site priorities. Working closely with operational trainers, technical teams and site leadership, you will validate training through observation, questioning and coaching, helping to embed safe, compliant and effective ways of working.
