Training Technician

As a Training Technician, GS- , you will formulate, oversee and evaluate the overall training programs for the command. Develop yearly and longer training plans. Issue instructions and procedures to subordinate units for the conduct of training activities that meet the requirements of the Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, major army headquarters and/or other higher headquarters. Establish and conduct a training evaluation program for subordinate units. Create or modify the unit's mission essential task lists in accordance with critical wartime mission requirements. Review training evaluation and inspection reports to identify systemic problems and trends. Determine and formulate needed revisions or improvements to training activities. Review training plans and schedules of subordinate units for approval and revision as necessary.
