**Job Description**

The Training Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the electronic systems used to administer and support the plant training program. Manages Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management system architecture, administration and maintenance. Ensures all necessary training is captured in C2C and coordinates the site’s reporting and visibility to training compliance.
