Purpose of the Role
The role supports the HR (TOD) Manager in developing and evaluating training and OD programs to drive employee and organizational performance.
Here's how you would make an impact
- Establishes strategic plans for employee training that build human capital capabilities that drive performance.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning resources, to support the delivery of training programs.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, learning management system, such as classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and online learning, to cater to diverse learning styles.
